How analysis credits work

When is an analysis used?

One analysis is consumed only after a new report completes successfully. Failed requests do not reduce your balance.

Does opening a saved report count again?

No. Cached result views and matching saved-report reuse do not consume another analysis.

Is Privy a subscription?

No. Every account starts with 3 analyses, and the only paid offering is a one-time $5 purchase that adds 15 analyses.

Can I purchase an analysis pack now?

Not yet. Production checkout has not completed its live verification gate, so this website does not present a purchase button.

Are purchases refundable?

Except where required by law, purchases are final once analyses are granted. If payment completes but the 15 analyses are not granted, Privy will correct the balance or issue a full refund. Duplicate, unauthorized, and other exceptional charges can be reviewed through support.

Will tax be added?

The stated price does not include applicable taxes. When tax collection is enabled and required, applicable taxes will be calculated and shown before payment. Production checkout is not yet live.

Is there a free trial?

No. The 3 starter analyses are included with the account; they are not a time-limited trial.
